If you want to live the student atmosphere, this is definitely your best option for accommodation. You can choose between University or private dormitory.
The average rates are:
- Full board in a single room: 350-500€/month
- Single room (meals not included): 255€/month

OUR ADVICE!! If you want to stay in one of these dormitories be fast in your decision because applicants usually outnumber places.

In case you prefer a private dormitory or finally you didn’t get a place in the University halls, here you can find the list of the ones run by private institutions:

The average prices are: To rent: 500-600€/month
To share: 200-250 €/month/per person
If you want to live a totally different experience, you can take part of the program “live and coexist” (“vive y convive”). This program put in contact students who are looking for accommodation and elderly house owners that have a room free at their homes.
The agreement? The old person gets some help and companionship and the student obtains a room for free.
